Who is in our Church?
What is our spiritual make-up?
And what sort of Pastor are we looking for?

The survey will be completely confidential, no names will be taken,
and available both in-person and online.
You are encouraged to bring a smartphone, tablet, or laptop on that day,
but paper copies will also be available.
